T-SHIRTS: a t-shirt will be guaranteed to all pre-registered entrants prior to September 15, 2015 deadline. Limited quantities will be available the day of the walk. Children's sizes available also. Orders for the t-shirts will be placed on Wed., Sept 16.
Feel free to bring along a photo of your loved one(s). Place in Plastic ziplock in case of inclement weather.
**This park has a paved path for strollers or wheelchairs.
**The park's paths are loopy which allow for a variety of distances to walk up to a 3K
**There will be information tables for those dealing with loss
PROCEEDS: from this event will go to Our GATE to provide a compilation of grief resources and to offer support and scholarships to help those struggling with grief. Our first was not quite a break even. We hope to generate more funds as time goes by, but the real purpose is to walk in memory of loved ones.
SPONSORS: We are seeking sponsors for this event. Sponsors will have their names on the back of the tee shirts.
