One of the best things my husband and I did was join a grief group. We were able to meet some pretty great people, all going through the same thing we were. Sadly, many in our first group consisted of other parents who'd lost a young adult child. Divine intervention? We now feel a bond with this group that no one else truly understands; and they wouldn't want to.
